There is a minimum of 6 athletes per team. You can have as many as you want on a team, however, only 6 members compete per event. You are welcome to bring more than 1 team. Competitors MUST be OL/DL/TE type athletes only.  Athletes need to bring gloves, sunscreen, flats, cleats and anything else they may need. There will be a trainer and water on site, however, you are encouraged to bring your own water.

The Veterans Memorial Worm Carry

Only 6 athletes can participate in this event.  This is a team event. Athletes will pick The Worm up above their shoulders and carry it 100 yards. Time will stop once The Worm is completely across finish line.

Medicine Ball Throw

The total distance will be added for all 6 participants. Athletes will be on their knees and will throw the medicine ball from the chest as far as they can. Forward momentum is allowed in this event. (It is ok to fall on the floor after throwing as long as knees stay on ground)
